Customers may request cancellation of a service by contacting our support team at connect@hikizo.com before the service is initiated or within 24 hours of purchase.
Once the project or service has been started, cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Hikizo reserves the right to approve or deny any cancellation based on the stage of service execution and the resources already utilized.
Refunds are only applicable when the cancellation request is approved and the service has not been delivered or initiated.
In case of partial work completed, a proportional refund may be provided based on the work progress and resource allocation.
No refunds will be issued for services that have already been completed or delivered as per the agreed scope.
For digital services, including marketing campaigns, website development, or app design, refunds are not applicable once the project has commenced or digital assets have been shared.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.
Hikizo Private Limited will not be responsible for delays caused by banking or payment gateway processes.
Hikizo Private Limited reserves the right to cancel any service or order due to unforeseen circumstances, non-availability of resources, or technical reasons.
In such cases, the customer will be notified, and a full refund will be processed.
